DFWT “TRUCK”

NEW INDICATOR FOR WEIGH BRIDGES

The range of Dini Argeo weight indicators now includes also the new DFWT for weigh bridge management, with input/output function, extremely simple and intuitive.

Fitted with database of 99 open input weighs and database of 30 quickly recallable tares.

Fitted with attached thermal printer for the printout of all the weigh data, with customizable header.

CE-M approvable (OIML R-76 / EN 45501).

FUNCTIONS:

- Zeroing.

- Semi automatic tare or with manual introduction, locked or unlocked.

- Database of up to 30 quickly recallable tares.

- Weigh storage in input through ID CODE (up to 99 suspended weighs)

- Calculation of the loaded/unloaded net weight through difference between input and output.

- Single input/output weigh, with entry of the tare value or tare selection from database.

- Printing of the input and output total weight, and the total difference.

- Printing of the list of open weighs, ID, and date and time.

- Printing of the single customisable weigh ticket, with company name, weigh progressives, date and time, etc.

MAIN FEATURES:

- Waterproof 17-key functional keyboard.

- Backlit LCD 25mm display with 6 high contrast digits with icons indicating the active functions (mod. DFWK06PXPTCC).

- Very bright red LED display with 6 digits 25 mm high; easily visible from all angles and from long distances, with adjustable brightness intensity. Complete of 6 Leds for showing the active functions (mod. DFWRPXPTCC).

- Waterproof ABS IP65 case, easy to clean and resistant to harsh and corrosive environments.

- Fitted with attached thermal printer: speed > 50mm/sec, 203 dpi resolution, 24/40 columns, 58 mm paper width, 50 mm roll diameter.

- Dimensions: 408x186x125mm.

- Suitable for use on the table, column, or wall.

- A/D 24 bit, 4 channel converter, up to 200 conv./sec. autoselect, and up to 8 signal linearisation points.

- Up to 10.000e or multi-range 3 x 3000e @ 0,3 µV/d in the CE-M approved legal for trade version.

- Up to 1.000.000 divisions displayable with built-in resolution up to 3.000.000 points.

- Real time clock.

- Calibration and digital Set-Up from the keyboard or from PC with DINITOOLS.

- Built-in rechargeable battery and internal 110-240 Vac adapter.

- Connection with up to 16 load cells having an input resistance of 700 Ohm.

I/O SECTION:

- Bidirectional serial port configurable as RS232/C for connection to the attached thermal printer.

- Bidirectional serial port configurable as RS232/C (on RJ connector) or RS485 (optional) for connection to the PC/PLC.

- Ethernet or WiFi interfaces (optional).
