“AF6116" OPTIONAL APPLICATION PROGRAM (DGT4X weight transmitter required)
  • The AF6116 program is an optional application specific for the 6116EVO4X and 6116EVO4XKB containing the main AF programs
    - AF01 - Weight totalisation;
    - AF02 - Piece/quantity counting;
    - AF03 - Vehicle entry/exit;
    - AF04 - Statistical pre-packaging check;
    - AF05 - Industrial labelling; selectable from settings menu
    with several important additional features and extensions:
    1) The program allows the USB or ETHERNET ports of the PC to be used to emulate the operation of the 3590 COM PC, COM PRN and COM AUX
    2) Weighing result storage: the saving functions on a USB flash drive and SD memory available on 3590 are replicated on two memory allocations (64 MB each), with the possibility of exporting the weighing results to the desired folder, which can even be a network folder
    3) More free text, up to 100 records available
    4) Larger databases, up to 10,000 records available per database
    5) Database management via SQL (read and write)

    IMPORTANT: The AF6116 application program only works in conjunction with the DGT4X weight transmitter.
VIRTUAL ALIBI MEMORY AND API FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF APPROVED PROGRAMS
  • The 6116EVO has two optional programs, designed to facilitate communication with the integrated electronic part of the scale via APIs and the saving of weighing data, also approved as legal for trade:
    - D-LEGAL: Approved software for saving weighting results and libraries API (cannot be combined with AF6116).
    - D-API: Software for internal use for saving weighing results and API libraries (cannot be combined with AF6116).
New interactive waterproof stainless steel kiosk with 10.1-inch touchscreen PC, ideal for self-service weighbridge management. Equipped as standard with a thermal printer with a cutter and RFID card reader.

  • The PC offers high performance and a high degree of programmability. With the new D-LEGAL software, it is possible to create trade-legal-approved applications and further simplify data exchange with external programs.

MYRIAS-TRUCK: SOFTWARE FOR EFFICIENT ACCESS MANAGEMENT


  • With more than 30 years of successful development and installations, the Myrias software allows you to:
    - Record vehicle load data and empty weight data
    - Read vehicle and trailer identification data
    - Weigh multi-axle vehicles
    - Check contents inventory
    It is also compatible with the main weighbridge indicators and can communicate with printers, traffic lights, barriers and cameras for complete control of the weighing process.
