The PROFIBUS interface allows a simultaneous communication between 16 digital weighing scales, simplifying the weighing system.

PROFIBUS CONVERTER FOR INDIVIDUAL WEIGHING SCALE

  • This PROFIBUS converter, connected to an individual digital scale or to a selected one from a scales network, transmit the following controls and data by PROFIBUS protocol:
    - NET ,GROSS and TARE weight
    - Weight status (for example; positive, negative, stable, unstable)
    - Error conditions (es. overload, underload)
    - Aliby Memory
    - Calibration
    - Configuration SETUP)
    - DIGITAL INPUT status
    - RELAY OUTPUT status
    - SETPOINT output writings

HUB PROFIBUS FUNCTION, UP TO 16 WEIGHING SCALES

  • This set up permits the simultaneous check of all the weighing scales network data by PROFIBUS protocol.
    In detail:
    - NET weight and GROSS weight of the scales
    - Weight status (for example, positive, negative, stable, unstable)
    - Error condition (es. overload, underload)
    - DIGITAL INPUT status
    - RELAY OUTPUT status

  • PROFIBUS-DP slave (IEC 61158).
  • ABS case for panel mounting on DIN bar.
  • Suitable to function with DGT1S weight transmitter. Quick configuration from the transmitter programming menu.
  • RS485 interface on RJ45 connector for quick connection to DGT1S.
  • Profibus port on 9 Pin connector.
  • Board optoisolation against electric or electrostatic discharges.
  • Indexing from 0 to 98.
  • Automatic Baud Rate selection from 9600 bit/s to 12Mbit/s.
  • Power source: from 12 to 24Vdc.
